Why "Frozenworks"

The name is a deliberate contrast. "Frozen" stands for a cool head and precise, unhurried judgement, no scare tactics, no box-ticking. "Works" stands for the practical, physical reality of a workplace: desks, production lines, warehouses, and the people who spend their days in them. Put together, that's the promise: calm, precise safety work that holds up under real conditions.

How we work

Frozenworks is run as a focused, independent consultancy rather than a large agency. That has three practical consequences for you:

• One point of contact. The person who visits your site is the same person who writes your report, delivers your training, and answers your calls afterwards.
• Plain language. Findings and recommendations are written so a manager without a safety background can act on them, not just file them.
• Right-sized advice. A five-person workshop and a 200-person production site need different levels of process. We scope work to your size and risk profile, not to a standard package.

Who's behind Frozenworks

Frozenworks is operated by Tayyab Afzal, trading as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen).

Tayyab Afzal provides occupational safety and ergonomics consultancy for businesses across Germany, from hands-on workstation training and risk assessments to ongoing safety support. You work directly with him on every project, from the first site visit through to follow-up.

Where we work

Frozenworks works with businesses across Germany on-site. Training, briefings, and many follow-up services are also delivered remotely for clients further afield in Germany and internationally, this bilingual site reflects that.

What we don't do

We don't sell generic, one-size-fits-all safety packages, and we don't outsource your assessment to a rotating pool of subcontractors. If a request falls outside our scope of expertise, we'll say so plainly and point you to someone who can help, rather than stretching to cover it.
